CHUCK
COLE
Chuck has assisted a wide variety of organizations
in planning, raising funds, securing financing, building,
and managing facilities for churches, multi-family housing
projects, and independent as well as assisted living communities
for seniors.
Chuck helped organize and manage a project
for Campus Crusade for Christ. The leadership team raised
roughly $4.5 million to bring together 88,000 high school
and college students. |
Later, Campus Crusade again tapped Chuck to help with a program
called Here’s Life, America that raised roughly $35 million
in just 14 months.
He has designed and managed successful capital,
annual and special projects fundraising campaigns utilizing
constituent visits or meetings, direct mail, telefundraising,
dinners, auctions, affinity programs, and special events.
As a volunteer, Chuck assisted in the founding
and management of a broad spectrum of social service, health
care, and environmental organizations, such as: Shanti Project,
the San Francisco AIDS Foundation, Cancer Care Options, Coming
Home Hospice, Project Open Hand, Chaparral House, the Planetree
unit at Pacific Presbyterian Hospital, The Names Project, IAM
CARES (the social service arm of a national labor union), Rest
Stop Support Center, the A. Austin Amerine Spiritual Retreat
Center, The Living Room, and the California Urban Forests Council.
Chuck also has many years of executive management
and marketing experience in the business world — creating
successful start-ups, as well as significantly increasing the
size, profitability and efficiency of mature businesses, ranging
from small companies to worldwide corporations.
Chuck has a BA and MPA from California State
University - Stanislaus, as well as an MDiv and ThD from Western
Seminary.
